Process development
We have development capabilities in a range of composites manufacturing
technologies:
- Out-of-autoclave
- Liquid (closed) molding, RTM and VARTM
- Hot-tool press and bladder molding
Pattern and tooling development
We offer complex metal RTM tooling design and fabrication in-house. NC
pattern and tooling development capabilities include:
- 4-axis vertical CNC Mill, Fadal 4525
- NC fabric/prepreg cutter
- Precision centerless grinder
- Full metalwork capability, TIG/MIG, etc.
